When you're ready to make your target audience "read all about it," let Microsoft Word help you with a paper template. While many newspapers have gone online to create a real one takes just a short series of clicks with Word. Modify one of the embedded designs for the Word document has a look newspaper and start spreading the news.
Open Microsoft Word. Click "File" tab and select "New". Double-click the "Bulletin" button. Scroll through the designs of the newsletter. All designs are customizable, so choose one that suits the desired look for the newspaper. Double-click to open the design in a new Word window.
Resizes the newsletter to suit your newspaper design by clicking on "Page Layout" on top of the work area. Click the "Size" button below the tab. Click "More Paper Sizes." Enter the dimensions of the newspaper page the "Width" fields and "high" and click "OK". Note that Word automatically changes the content of the site and design of the newsletter to the new paper size.
Click the placeholder text, titles and contact information in the newsletter design and swap yours with the items and calls.
Replace the images that accompany the newsletter template by clicking on each and pressing the "delete" button on the keyboard. Write your own by clicking the "Insert" tab and then click the "Image" button below the tab. Go to images for use with items and double click on them, then drag them to the place of the newspaper page. Repeat the process to add a logo to the newspaper on the front top.
Click "File" tab and select "Save As." Enter a name for the design of the newspaper and click on the "Save" button.
